Suvilas Royal Gardenia is the first project in India to obtain all statutory approvals including 8 nationalised and private bank approvals, commencement certificate, 40% project completion and a complete price list before launching the project.
Suvilas Royal Gardenia is located at north-west Bangalore,Jalahalli.The 10 storey project is made up of 152 luxury studio,1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, each unit areas ranging from 550 to 1750 sq ft. These European Standard premium homes, built over 2 acres 5 guntas of land (92,000 Sqft.), with a ground coverage of 35,000 Sqft,, are designed to offer a complete sense of privacy. Each floor holds only eight units excluding the ground floor and 10th floor. The project will appeal to your sense of comfort with its spacious interior and beautifully maintained grounds. The project site is located at 15/2 Royal Street, Mydarahalli (near Jalahalli), Bangalore - 560090 (BBMP Ward No.12). The project is planned to comply with 100% European construction standards. From system formwork to finishes, we are using European materials and technology, with the exceptions of sand, steel and the doors. 30% of the project will be completed before the launch and handover will be exactly 24 months from the date of launch.
Within the complex will be the Suvilas Royal Club. Built with European standard equipment, the club will be a three storey structure, spanning 13,189 sq ft.
The first level of the club will house the lobby, concierge, reading room, billiards table, squash court and table tennis lounge.
